Hos Sunliving udvikler og administrerer vi projekter for (primært danske) bygherrer og developere som udvikler og bygger både i Danmark og i udlandet.

Administration of developments

Our company not only sells real estate abroad to Danish customers, we also work as administrators of projects. We do this primarily for Danish developers who are building in Denmark but also abroad.

To find a suitable location and have an architect creating a beautiful project is one thing, having success and getting the development sold is another. This is where Sunliving can be very useful.

Derfor valgte vi Sunliving . . .

Vi er en dansk ejergruppe der opfører et luksuriøst ferieboligprojekt i Bulgarien direkte ud til Sorte Havet – White Diamond Luxury Resort, ca. 200 enheder – lejligheder og huse. The reason why we choose Sunliving . . .

We are a Danish development group, building a luxury resort in Bulgaria. The resort is situated on a small peninsula directly to the Black Sea: White Diamond Luxury Resort - with approx. 200 units, houses and flats. In choosing who to manage the sales and the administration of the project - including production of a website, layout of sales material, handling of agents etc., we among others invited Sunliving to give us an offer.

After having been met by the expertise and long-time experience that is consolidated in Sunliving, as well as the enthusiasm, skills, hard-working team and the interest in our project – the choice was easy for us. We soon realized how we would save – not only time and money, but also how we would be spared a lot of annoyance and disappointments by out-sourcing the administration.
